LANXESS to showcase green and innovative solutions for the coatings industry

The “red carpet” for the G20 Summit
When the world's 20 most powerful heads of state met this year at the “Palais des Festivals” in Cannes on November 3 and 4, they arrived to a “red carpet” with a rich red color, thanks to Bayferrox 230 A iron oxide pigments from LANXESS. For the G20 Summit, the city of Cannes had renewed the red asphalt on walkways and in the squares around the congress center.

In two separate workshops LANXESS Inorganic Pigments presented its Bayferrox G line to customers in Latin America. The workshops took place on September 22nd in Mexico and on September 27th in Brazil. LANXESS granules products provide modern technology and economical usage for the construction market.

Things are really starting to take off for Colored Concrete Works from LANXESS. Royal pigments – red asphalt in front of Buckingham Palace
At the recent wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton in London, Bayferrox also played a part in adding color and radiance to the proceedings. In the run-up to the wedding, the roads and footpaths in the area around Buckingham Palace were resurfaced with stone mastic asphalt colored with Bayferrox 130 C iron oxide red pigment from LANXESS.
